In 2006 , All Is One Records’ founded. In 2008 , “All is One’ celebrated its initial release and showcased the works of promising young DJs and producers, such as Arjuna Schiks, Daniel Zuur and others. The singles released create an interplay between genres, including Techno, House, Ambient and Experimental Dance music.
Isis was elected as the Nachtburgermeester of Amsterdam (Nightlife Ambassador) in 2010, and served as such for its 2-year term. Her function was to monitor the nightlife of Amsterdam and to build bridges between local politicians, entrepreneurs, artists and its audience. During her term she joined, and continued to be a part of, an expert team led by Eberhard van der Laan (Mayor of Amsterdam) to approve 24-hour permits for specific dance venues throughout the city.
Isis wins the Life Time Achievement Award in 2011 during the annual GK Awards for her outstanding achievements during her career as a prominent professional in the Dutch nightlife. Currently, Isis is extending her career to television, where she appears in several BNN TV shows, like ‘Vier Handen op 1 Buik’.

Van der Wel had already been given her stage name of 100% Isis at the time she began her career in performance at 17 by relocating to Amsterdam club RoXY between 1992 and 1994. It was the beginning of her lengthy International career that included performances in dance events and festivals across Europe, South America, Asia and Africa. In 1992, she appeared at the Prince performance in Brussels. Along with Eric Nouhan, Isis got her first production job in 1995 from Bols. From 1995 to 2000, Isis was DJ resident at the Amsterdam nightclub Chemistry (aka “Escape”, Rembrandtplein). In 1995 she was signed with EMI, Virgin, Ariola and BMG. In 1996 and 1997, Isis mixes (“100 percent Isis 1” along with “100% Isis 2”) were listed in various Electronic dance music’s national top chart. At the World Expo of 1998 held in Lisbon Portugal, Isis performed as the official representative of the Netherlands. Isis was later requested to perform at Holland Festival in 2000. The mix collection “Reformation” was ranked in the top 10 mix albums of 2001. In 2002, her talent was acknowledged globally and she was placed in the top ten worldwide female DJs in Tech-House. In 2003 she was listed among the 600 top of most popular DJs in the world. In the World Climate Summit 2009 in Copenhagen Isis reached her highest capacity for audiences that reached around 100,000 spectators. The Crown Prince Willem Alexander was among the crowd for the event in 2010, as an invited guest in an audio-visual show by Isis in the Ridderzaal.
In the year 2000, Isis van der Wel was the founder of the producer of events and the artist management company known as ‘Magma the Agent’. Since 2003, Magma the Agency is organizing events under the name “All Is One”. Isis is in charge of organizing as well as hosting an event for the famous Mystery Land festival from 2003 until 2008. Through ‘All is One’, she organizes popular events and nightclubs including All Is One Weekend and Amsterdams Glorie. In addition, Isis is commissioned as an organizer and director of art for events such as Amsterdam dance events as well as Museumnacht Amsterdam.
The national 5 May committee declared Isis as Ambassador of Liberty for the May 5 Dutch Independence day of 2009. This honourable title allowed her to join the queen for the annual May 4 Remembrance ceremony, continued by performing five big shows throughout the country on the next day, when May 5 national liberation day music festivals are held in prominent cities throughout the country.
