Evans joined his team the Calgary Stampeders in May 2014. He was a part of the Stampeders’ nine-game campaign (seven starts) in the 2014 season and was part in the club’s 102nd Grey Cup championship team.

Evans has also been a member of the New England Patriots, Detroit Lions, and San Francisco 49ers.

Evans was born in May 17, 1987 in United States. He attended high school at Central Hardin High School in Cecilia, Kentucky and was a letterman in football, basketball, and track. In football, as a senior, he was named first- team All-State and was also named the Defensive Player of the Year by the Kentucky Associated Press.

In the 2010 NFL draft Evans joined the Cincinnati Bengals. In November of 2011, Evans was suspended for four games. On August 30, 2013, Evans was suspended for eight games. Cincinnati let go Evans in November of 2013.
