David Wayne Kimball (born January 13, 1982 , in Fredericksburg, Virginia) is an ex-professional American football player particularly in the Frankfurt Galaxy of NFL Europe. He was assigned the position of NFL Europe by the Oakland Raiders in the year 2006. He was a student at State College Area High School and was the Parade All-American selection there in 1999. He is a resident of State College, Pennsylvania.

Kimball was granted a free-agent contract to the Oakland Raiders on January 19 the 19th of January, 2006. He was assigned by the Frankfurt Galaxy on January 24. Kimball played in one preseason game for the Raiders and scored an attempt of 23 yards on his only shot against the 49ers and was cut on August 28.
