Hakim Mouhid, born 22 September 1984 in Trappes (Yvelines), is a French rapper and singer. He is also a songwriter and music producer. He started his own label, “Henijai Music”, after having worked with “Banlieue Sale Music”, since 2007. He is also the brother to fellow French rapper La Fouine.

Canardo’s commercially successful mixtape, A la Youv, was released on 16 July

2012. The first single was “Mele Me”, and other tracks include “A ce qu’il parait”, Mauvais plan”, On encaisse”, “On encaisse”, and “J’suis trop Haan”. This mixtape features many collaborations, including S.pri noir and Still Fresh, Mister You and Gringe as well as La Fouine and La Fouine. The single “Men aller” was the result of his duo with Tal. Canardo plans to release a studio album in 2013.

His first solo album Papillon was released on 21 June 2010. The album’s first single, “Je ne perds Pas le nord”, was his first single. He followed this with “Bismillah” and “Le Chant du ghetto”. His home country, Morocco was honored by the song “Ailleurs”, which features guitar and vocals. The album features collaborations with La Fouine and Gappy Ranks as well as Green Money, M.A.S., Mokho’kaine (Gued’1), Gued’1 and Chabodo. Cutee B, Felipe, and Clement (of Animalson), respectively, helped to interpret tracks. Gregoire, Diam, Oxmo Puccino, and others wrote some tracks. He released other tracks through a mixtape, as a free download from a Papillon II release. Popular tracks include “Deconne”, Un rayon de lumiere, and “Banlieue Sale Technique”, which featured Jmi Sissoko. Mixtape Papillion II also features Disiz la Peste (MLC), Sultan, Sofiane, and B.R.
