David Boysen is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on April 30, 1991 in Herlev, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark. David Katz Boysen (born 30 April 1991) is a Danish footballer who is a left-winger with Hapoel Nof HaGalil in the Liga Leumit.

Lyngby revealed on January 31, 2011 it had signed Boysen from AB that would be in effect from the summer of 2011. However, the next day Lyngby confirmed that Boysen will instead join the club immediately with effective. Boysen was in the debut game for Lyngby on the 14th of March, 2011 against OB and Lyngby lost 2-0. Boysen scored the first goals for the team in the second game against AaB.

Lyngby announced on 27 June 2014, that they had signed Boysen back on a two- year contract. Boysen’s first season back at Lyngby, was an extraordinary season. He was named as the profile of the year in the Danish 1st Division after only six months in the league. He scored 12 goals in 24 league games before getting injured for the rest of the season in May 2015.

Boysen signed with Viborg FF on 13 January 2014 on a free transfer. He played his first game for the club on 23 February against Randers FC. It was head coach Ove Christensen that wanted to transfer Boysen to Viborg, but after Ove Christensen left the club and was replaced by Auri Skarbalius, Boysen found it hard to become a regular part of the squad, after he played 7 games from start and one from the bench, without scoring any goals. After a disappointing first half season, he left the club.

After a brief trial at Celtic in the month of January He was reportedly linked with an opportunity to join Celtic, the Scottish club. He took part in a friendly game for Celtic and scored within five minutes. But, his agent later confirmed that Boysen was not performing at his best due to the winter soccer break in Denmark which is why they didn’t provide him with a contract, however they wanted to keep track of him and meet him once more, when he was in peak performance.

Boysen was signed by AB as a young footballer at Herlev IF. He was invited to an audition at Italian Club Reggina on December 7, 2007 when he was 16. Boysen was also on trial in Premier League clubs Liverpool and Chelsea. Then, in February of 2012 Boysen was signed to his debut contract at AB until the end of summer 2011. Boysen was admitted to the team’s first squad in summer of 2008. He was a star and made his first professional appearance at 17 in a game against Kolding FC from the Danish 1st Division and was replaced by Henrik Lyngsoe Olsen in the 85th minute of the match on 10 August 2008. After his third game for the first team Boysen scored in the match against FC Roskilde in the Danish Cup on the 24th of August, 2008. Boysen was selected for his nomination for the Talent of the Year 2008 by the Danish Football Association. Boysen played in 24 league games and scored eight goals in the first season despite his age and was sought after by clubs from the Netherlands as well as Germany.

After a great half-season in the 2010-11 campaign, having played 16 league games with 4 goals and 4 assists, he was traded to Lyngby Boldklub. He played in 64 games with the team.

In 2012, Israeli club Hapoel Tel Aviv attempted to bring Boysen and Swiss defender, Guillaume Katz, in on loan as the club was trying to strengthen their squad targeting Jewish footballers. He went on a trial at the club but stayed at Lyngby for now.
