Danny Buderus is one of the most popular and richest Rugby League Player who was born on February 6, 1978 in Taree, Australia. Danny Buderus (born 6 February 1978) is an Australian commentary on rugby league and coach, as well as a former pro-footballer, who was a part of the team during the 90s, 2000s, and the 2010s. A former Australian international player and New South Wales State of Origin representative hooker, he was a part of the National Rugby League for Australian club The Newcastle Knights, with whom the club won the Dally M Medal, and the 2001 NRL Premiership before setting a record-breaking number of games played by the club. Buderus also participated for the Super League for English club named the Leeds Rhinos, with whom the team won the 2011 Super League XVI. He broke the record for the most captain’s appearances for the New South Wales State of Origin team at age 15 and the record for the most consecutive appearances with the team at the age of 21. Buderus was also a representative player for the Exiles as well as New South Wales Country. The year 2015 saw him began an interim coaching position with the Knights and was a permanent assistant coach in the year 2016.

Buderus started participating for the Super League for English club the Leeds Rhinos in 2009. He signed a new contract with the Rhinos for a two-year contract in the 2010 season.

After new Newcastle Knights coach Wayne Bennett requested Buderus’ services, Buderus signed a 1-year contract on 1 October 2011 with the Newcastle Knights starting in 2012, returning to the club he had played 220 games for. He had been released from the final year of his Leeds Rhinos contract to sign with Newcastle.

In 2011, Buderus played hooker for Leeds in their 2011 Super League Grand Final win over St Helens, with Leeds winning 30–16 at Old Trafford, in which was his final game for the club.
