Daniel Razon is one of the most popular and richest Television Presenter who was born on October 11, 1967 in Bulacan, Philippines. Daniel S. Razon (born on October 11 in 1967) is a TV as well as a radio show host from the Philippines. Razon is the assistant overall servant (minister; Tagalog: Pangalawang Lingkod Pangkalahatan) of the Members Church of God International and was elected in 1997.

In June of 2005 it was published that by Manila Bulletin that Razon was required to step down from GMA to allow the network “to keep its neutrality” amid the ongoing war with GMA and Iglesia in Christ (Church of Christ INC) as well as the Members Church of God International (ADD). At the moment, Razon was the Vice Presiding Minister of MCGI and the network was receiving texts from both Iglesia ni Cristo Ang Dating Daan members, each of them accusing the other of infractions. GMA “felt being placed in the middle of a conflict is not in its best interests and chose to get rid of Razon.” The INC’s reason for complaint was Razon’s statement within the MCGI’s doctrines where he stated that “You can see demons in Net 25 (a network owned by the INC).” Razon was quoted on the MCGI website as declaring “I’d rather lose everything than to lose God” in response to the controversy with his position as a character in “Unang Hirit” and in ADD.

Razon was declared a persona non grata by the Municipal Government of Apalit, Pampanga, the same town where the Philippine headquarters of Members Church of God International is located for stating unsavory remarks against the Mayor of Apalit, who once aggrieved Soriano. The Municipal Council approved the declaration through Resolution 28, series of 2008. The resolution further stated that “Razon’s pronouncement in the Good Morning Kuya TV-charity program has misinformed and misled the public and is meant to malign the wisdom of its officials and put them in a bad light.”

On January 15, 2008, Razon’s morning TV show “Good Morning Kuya” was cited by then-DOTC Secretary Leandro Mendoza for establishing a public service program “Alay Kay Nanay at Tatay Project” for senior citizens riding the MRT3. Over 5,000 senior citizens were served by the program and provided free travel aboard the MRT3.

The year 2003 saw Razon was transferred to the rival ABS-CBN network GMA-7 and was host on the show Unang Hirit and anchor of Unang Balita, the show’s news segment. Razon resigned from GMA in the year 2005.
