William Daniel Frawley (born June 2 1962) is a Canadian retired professional ice hockey player. When he was a junior hockey player, Frawley played for the Sudbury Wolves of the OHA as well as the Cornwall Royals of the QMJHL prior to being selected with the Chicago Black Hawks, 204th overall in the 1980 NHL Entry Draft. Frawley played the majority of the rest of his time working with the AHL. While with the Cornwall Royals, the team took home the memorial cup in 1981 with the Kitchener Rangers.

He was a part of the Blackhawks in the 1984-85 season (his NHL rookie season).
