Bell was signed by the Carolina Panthers as an undrafted free agent in the year 2007. Later, he was signed by Seattle Seahawks. Bell signed with the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 2008 and was traded to the Toronto Argonauts in 2010. He played in the NCAA football tournament in the state of West Texas A&M. Bell was also a part of both the Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks.
