Craig Skelton is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on September 14, 1980 in Middlesbrough, England, United Kingdom. Craig Skelton (born 14 September 1980) is an English footballer who was striker in the Football League for Darlington and in non-league football with a vast variety of clubs, mostly in north-east England.

He joined Whitby Town of the Northern Premier League and with them the remainder in the course of his season. He then joined Blyth Spartans, also of the Northern Premier League, for 2001-2002, but by March 2002, he was back at Whitby. Then, in November of 2002, Whitby made a move with Northern League club Billingham Town scoring 19 points, helping them achieve their highest league score in their history, finishing third of the Northern League First Division. In the following season, he was back in the Northern Premier with Spennymoor United who were newly elevated into the First Division, but he was there for only a month before being released to Billingham. The first time he played again with the club, against Durham City, he scored the what was thought as the most speedy Northern League goal ever, in just eight seconds. In addition, he was part of the team who beat Bishop Auckland to win the 2004 Durham Challenge Cup, the first major trophy to be won in the Billingham Club’s history.

He moved to Marske United for 2008–09, helping them reach the quarter-finals of the 2009 FA Vase fifth place in Northern League Division Two in 2008–09 and fourth in 2009–10. After a first foray into the Wearside League with Redcar Athletic for 2010–11, Skelton rejoined Marske United, newly promoted to the first tier of the Northern League, for 2011–12. He soon left for the second tier with former club Thornaby, but returned to Marske United in March 2012. He started the next season back with Redcar Athletic in the Wearside League.

On February 20, 2000 Skelton was loaned to Conference Premier club Altrincham: his first appearance, in midfield during an away defeat against the bottom club in the division, Welling United, was written about in the local press by the newspaper’s editor as “a baptism of fire for Skelton, who could add nothing to an ineffective Robins attack, and found himself in referee Clattenburg’s book for an over-zealous challenge”. He played in four Conference matches but did not score.
