A brief time, he was with Farnborough in the middle of 2014-15, but then joined Whitehawk. After two seasons in the Hawks and a brief stint with the Hawks, he was signed by Macclesfield Town for 2016-17. He signed with Barnet for a one-year agreement on July 1st, 2017 after he rejected a new contract that was offered by the Silkmen. Ross was a debutant with Barnet Bees during the EFL Cup against Brighton & Hove Albion on the 22nd of August 2017. The Bees played 33 league matches for the Bees in the 2017 season, however the contract he signed was never renewed after their demotion.

He was let go by Barnet at the conclusion of the 2017-18 campaign.
