Christine Wheeler is one of the most popular and richest Judge who was born on January 16, 1954 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. the Honourable Christine Ann Wheeler AO, QC, (born 16 January 1954 in Sydney) was a former judge of the Supreme Court of Western Australia between 1996 and 2005. From 2005 until the year 2010, she was an inaugural judge for the Court of Appeal. She quit the Supreme Court on 25 February 2010, a day before her retirement.
Wheeler became a judge on the 30th of October 1996. She was an inaugural female judge of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
In 2003 Justice Wheeler was one of the three judges of the Court of Criminal Appeal of the Supreme Court of Western Australia who took just ten days to reject the appeal of Andrew Mallard, who had been convicted of murder. In 2005 the High Court of Australia set aside this decision.
In 2005 Justice Wheeler was made a judge in the Supreme Court’s Appellate Court.
She was a silk-wearer in 1994 and was the first woman from Western Australia to be appointed as Queen’s Counsel. She sat as a Commissioner in the District and Supreme Courts of Western Australia in 1995 and 1996.

Wheeler attended Kent Street Senior High School in Perth she was graduated from University of Western Australia in 1975 with an undergraduate degree in Jurisprudence. She pursued an Master of Laws at the London School of Economics, prior to returning to Perth to finish the requirements for her Bachelor of Laws in 1980.
She worked as the Assistant to the Crown Solicitor from 1984 until 1988, and was the head of the Policy and Law Reform Unit. From 1988 to 1994 , she held the post of senior assistant Crown Solicitor as well as the Senior Associate Crown Counsel. In 1994, Wheeler was a part-time Judicial Register of the Industrial Relations Court of Australia.
Outside law, Wheeler was Pro-Chancellor of the University of Western Australia from 2001 to 2005.
