Kessler was signed to Kessler’s team the Harvard Crimson in the autumn of 2006, and was in 11 games, making 12 starts. The Crimson’s season-opening game against Colgate (contested in October in 2009.), Kessler registered 29 saves. In November, she record a new career-high in blocking 37 shots against Princeton. In December 4 and 5 the 5th of December, 2010 Kessler was one of the most impressive games in the course of her NCAA career. She made 24 saves against Minnesota on December. 4, when the Crimson won by 1-0. Her performance was followed by securing 29 saves, guiding Harvard into a goalless draw the next day. Christina Kessler (born May 28 1988) has played with her country’s Canadian National women’s ice hockey team. Her first appearance with Team Canada was at the 2010 Four Nations Cup where she was part of the winning team. She was part of the Burlington Barracudas in the Canadian Women’s Hockey League before being drafted as a player by Brampton Thunder in the dispersal section of the 2012 CWHL Draft.
