Brandon Scott Kozun (born March 8 1990) is an American Canadian professional hockey player who is currently for Metallurg Magnitogorsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). Kozun was selected at the 6th round and 179th position overall during the 2009 NHL Entry Draft by the Los Angeles Kings. The goal was his debut NHL professional goal 20 February 2015 in a game against the Carolina Hurricanes.
Kozun started his junior career by playing with his team, the Calgary Royals of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) during the 2006-07 season. Kozun also played in 11 games for Calgary Hitmen. Kozun was promoted in his place in the Western Hockey League (WHL) full-time in 2007-08 when the Hitmen scored scores of 19 points and 23 goals over 67 games with the Hitmen.
