On the 18th of July 2014. Buck was able to continue his journeyman European career by changing towards the German DEL after signing an agreement in partnership with ERC Ingolstadt. For the season 2014-15, Buck recorded a record-breaking 28 goals as well as 59 points across 51 games. The club was again led offensively during the playoffs, scoring 20 points over 18 games, despite losing during the Championship final. After signing a 2-year extension in the course of the season, the importance of Buck for the team was recognized when he signed another contract to stay in Ingolstadt until 2020 season on August 8, 2015. Buck scored the sum of 186 points (79 goals and the 107 assists) in 183 games for ERC before resigning from the team in December 2017 and moving towards HC Davos of the Swiss National League. In February of 2018, Buck parted ways with Davos and joined the Vienna Capitals of the Austrian Hockey League (EBEL).
Brandon Buck has played several times for the Canadian national team. He was a part of Team Canada in the Deutschland Cup 2014 and 2016 and also took part in the scouting events of Team Canada’s Olympic preparation.

On the 14th of June, 2011, Buck quit North America and pursued a European career. He signed with a Norwegian team, Sparta Warriors of the GET-ligaen. He had previously played with the American Hockey League with the Norfolk Admirals and the Houston Aeros.
As an unrestricted free agent on the 6th of July 2012 Buck signed with the Croatian team KHL Medvescak Zagreb, which played their final season in the Austrian Hockey League that season. After the end of their season Austria on the 19th of April 2013. Buck along with his fellow teammate Kyle Greentree from KHL Medvescak made the move into the Swiss National League B with EHC Basel.
On April 22, 2018, Buck returned to the DEL as a free agent, securing an optional three-year deal with the Thomas Sabo Ice Tigers.
