Bob Wylie (born (1951-02-16 ) February 16th 1951) is an American football coach. He is currently the offensive line coach of the Ottawa Redblacks of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was an offensive line coach with both the Oakland Raiders and the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL) and was a head coach for both teams under Hue Jackson. He was also the offensive line coach with players of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League.

During his final season in Winnipeg, the 2016 Blue Bombers went 11–7 making the playoffs for the first time since 2011. They would go on to lose in the semi-final 32–31 to the BC Lions. Under his coaching, guard Travis Bond was named a CFL All-Star as well as an All-Division selection. After this season, Wylie left the CFL for the NFL.

On January 19, 2017, Wylie was hired by the Cleveland Browns. During the 2017 season, the Browns went 0–16, the second time in NFL history a team was winless in a season.

On January 31st 2011 Wylie was appointed the offensive line coach of the Oakland Raiders. The Raiders were 8-8 in the 2011 season and didn’t make the playoffs. Under his direction guard Stefen Wisniewski won the All-Rookie award. The the head coach Hue Jackson was dismissed at the conclusion this season Wisniewski was dismissed.

On the 16th of March, 2009 Wylie was named offensive line coach for the Saskatchewan Roughriders. The Roughriders were 10-7 in 2009 and went on to make the playoffs. They would later be beaten in the 1997 Grey Cup to the Montreal Alouettes 27-28. The team’s coach, Jeremy O’Day, and guard Gene Makowsky were named CFL All-Stars.
