Bo Henriksen is one of the most popular and richest Danish football coach who was born on February 7, 1975 in Roskilde, Denmark. Bo Henriksen (born 7 February 1975) is a Danish footballer who gained the top of the league as a striker in both his country in Denmark, where he took home in 1999 and 2000 the Danish Superliga in the Danish Superliga with Herfolge BK, as well as in England where he was a player as a player in the Football League with Kidderminster Harriers.
The nickname is “Bomber Bo”, he quit Kidderminster to join Bristol Rovers in March 2004 before returning in Denmark in order to join Koge BK a few months after. Henriksen left for the United States in June of 2005, in order to join Valur as well as Fram Reykjavik in Iceland, and Victory SC in the Maldives. He was unable to reach financial conditions with English non-league club AFC Telford in March 2006 He then moved to Icelandic team IBV.
It is interesting to note that his career at the club was only started to grow following the time the mentorship of Jan Molby parted company with the club in 2002. Henriksen is remembered fondly by the fans of Kidderminster for breaking a variety of records throughout the club’s five-year tenure within the Football League. He was the first and, to date, the only, player who scored three goals in the course of a Football League game for the team when Kidderminster defeated Exeter City 5-2 in late 2002. He finished the 2002-03 season with the club’s top Football League goal scorer, with 20 goals in just 41 games. He then scored 2 goals during the opening game of the year in the match against Mansfield Town in August 2003 However, he failed to score another goal during his Kidderminster career, even though he was one of the club’s most loved footballers.

Henriksen is famous for his hair that was long and blonde, started his career as a footballer for the Danish side Odense BK, whom he joined in 1994. Although he scored frequently in his initial three years with Odense BK, he was pushed out of the first line-up under the new Odense director Roald Poulsen. However, he scored at least 10 goals over five reserve team games. In January 1998, he left to join the Danish Superliga team Herfolge BK. He was, and remains an integral part of the team throughout the rest of the season with 14 goals scored in 69 league matches. He scored one goal in the 1999-2000 campaign during which Herfolge quite surprisingly took home an unexpected victory in the Danish championship.
When Herfolge was struggling financially, Henriksen was loaned out to English club Kidderminster Harriers in November 2001. Henriksen first made an appearance in the first game for Kidderminster in a reserve team match in a match against Wigan Athletic two weeks prior to the contract being signed when he made his first team debut within a day of joining the club in an encounter with Leyton Orient. The goal was scored substitute in the match which Kidderminster defeated 3-1. He soon became a fan favourite at the club and scored eight additional times during the 2001-02 season. The club bought him from Kidderminster’s Danish manager Jan Molby in a PS12,500 transfer deal in February 2002.
Bo Henriksen was a successful player/manager and later manager of Brønshøj Boldklub from 2007, getting the club promoted to the second best league (1. division) in 2010 and maintaining them in the top half of the league for a handful of seasons, until he left for AC Horsens in 2014.
