Bevan Alexander Behn Wilson (born on 19 December 1958) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenseman who played for nine seasons with the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Philadelphia Flyers and Chicago Black Hawks.
Wilson was never to be able to play again and he would retire after the 1988-89 campaign.
Wilson joined the Flyers lineup in 1978 and 1979 He played in all of the team’s 80 games. He scored 49 points (18G-31A) and 197 PIM. The marks set team rookie records for a defenseman. In five playoff games Wilson scored one goal. The 1979-1980 season, Wilson played in 61 games and scored 34 points (9G-25A) along with the 212 PIM. In the 1980 playoffs, he scored thirteen scores (4G- 9A) during 19 matches. Wilson was his most productive season in the 1980-81 seasons, scoring the coveted 63 points (17G-46A) in seventy-seven games and the highest number of PIM in his career, 237. He also scored twelve scores (2G-10A) throughout 12 playoff matches. Wilson’s output dipped in 1981-82. He scored 36 points (13G-23A) in the 59 games he played, and 5 point (1G-4A) during four games in the playoffs. In 1982-83, Wilson played at 62 matches, scoring 32 points (8G-24A) and the assistance in 3 playoff matches. On June 8th of 1983 Wilson was traded to the Flyers made a trade of Wilson with the Chicago Black Hawks in exchange for Doug Crossman and Chicago’s second round selection in the 1984 NHL Entry Draft (Scott Mellanby).

Wilson was a youngster when Wilson participated during the Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament as a member of a minor ice hockey squad from Toronto.
Wilson had a stint playing junior hockey with the OMJHL with the Ottawa 67’s from 1975-1977, the Windsor Spitfires from 1976-1977, and the Kingston Canadians from 1977-1978. In 163 professional games Wilson scored the score of 154 points (35 goals-119 assists) and in the 14 games in which he played for playoffs, he recorded nine scores (4G-5A). Wilson was also during the 1976-77 season of the Kalamazoo Wings of the IHL with 9 scores (2G-7A) during 13 matches. He was renowned for all-around rushes as well as his penalty minutes during his career as a junior. Wilson was picked from The Philadelphia Flyers in the first round, and was ranked sixth overall, in his 1978 NHL Entry Draft.
Wilson appeared in 59 games in 1983–84, getting 32 points (10G-22A) with Chicago, then went pointless in four playoff games. In 1984–85, he registered 33 points (10G-23A), and added nine points (4G-5A) in 15 playoff games. Wilson had a very productive 1985–86 season, getting 50 points (13G-37A) in 69 games. In two playoff games, Wilson had no points. He missed the entire 1986–87 season due to a back injury, but came back in 1987–88 getting 29 points (6G- 23A) in 58 games. On October 3, 1988, the Vancouver Canucks claimed Wilson in the Waiver Draft, however he did not play in any games in the 1988–89 season due to his back injury.
