Giladi is an early pioneer and an acknowledged expert on abuse of youngsters in Israel.She is the creator and head of the Voice of the Child (VOC) Association for the Prevention of Sexual abuse among Young Children. The Dr. Giladi is a counselor and a pioneer in the prevention of sexual harassment in young children. She conducts worldwide training courses that concentrate on equipping young children with the tools needed to stop sexual harassment.
In 2012, she was appointed the Academic Director and General Director of Early Childhood Programs From Birth to University (FBTU ) in the NCJW Research Institute for Innovation in Education located at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.
In 2011 the Voice of the Child Association Honor Certificate from the Israeli Ministry of Education.
