Aron Mohamed Winter (Dutch pronunciation: [‘a:ron’vInt@rBorn January 1, 1967) is a Dutch professional footballer and currently assistant manager of the Greece the national team of football. He had a stint with Ajax as well as Sparta Rotterdam in the Netherlands and for Italian clubs Lazio and Internazionale and also with Lazio and Internazionale, as well as for the Netherlands the national side.

In 1994’s FIFA World Cup, he scored an assist to beat Brazil in the quarter- finalsof the tournament, which made him the first player with Indian origin to score a goal in the World Cup.

He was also selected for the Dutch national team for Euro 96, as well as the 1998 FIFA World Cup in France.

Winter left Inter for his former club Ajax in 1999. In 2001, he was loaned out to Sparta Rotterdam. He played 32 games for Sparta Rotterdam and scored one goal before returning to Ajax to finish his career, and where he chose to retire in 2003.

The year 1992 was the time he was transferred into his first Roman team Lazio where he played his first game against Sampdoria on the 6th of September, that match ended in a tie. Lazio was tied 3-3.

Winter began his career at the amateur team VV Unicum at Lelystad and then moved for SV Lelystad, and the following year he joined Ajax at 19 years old.
