Nikoro made his Super Rugby debut for the Blues in the final game of the 2012 Super Rugby season and was subsequently named in the team’s Wider Training Squad for the 2013 Super Rugby season.
His father, Stan, earned a living as a police officer; he grew up with two sisters.
