Zak Jules is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on July 2, 1997 in London Borough of Islington, United Kingdom. Zak Kennedy Jules, a professional Scottish footballer, was born 2 July 1997. He plays as a defender at Walsall in League Two. He has represented Scotland at every level, from under-17 to under-21.
Jules signed a 2-year contract with League One club Shrewsbury Town on 25 June 2017. Although he scored in a friendly against Aston Villa at New Meadow, “Shrews” manager Paul Hurst stated that “he’s an athlete that needs a lot more work.” Jules joined Gary Caldwell’s League Two side Chesterfield, on loan until January 2018. Two days later, he made his debut at the Proact Stadium against Coventry City. He tore 90% of the hamstring in his sixth appearance on 26 September for the “Spireites”, and had to return to Shrewsbury to undergo a long rehabilitation period. He was not able to secure a first-team spot at Shrewsbury because of the team’s excellent form and outstanding defensive record. He returned to League Two on 19 January 2018 after joining Port Vale on a loan deal until the 2017-18 season. Neil Aspin replaced him after 51 minutes at Vale Park. He started as the Valiants’ first-choice leftback.
On 21 September 2018, Jules returned to the National League on a three-month loan at Barnet after failing to figure in new Shrewsbury manager John Askey’s first-team plans. Jules made five appearances for John Still’s “Bees”, the last of which came in a 4–2 FA Cup victory over Braintree Town on 20 October. Jules left Shrewsbury by mutual consent on 3 January 2019.
On 27 July 2019, Jules signed a contract of undisclosed-length with newly- relegated League two side Walsall after being signed for an undisclosed fee. Manager Darrell Clarke described him as “a young player we want to develop”. He began the 2019–20 season in the starting eleven and filled in for an injured Cameron Pring at left-back. However he went almost three months from 19 October with only one league start, and was then taken off at half-time in a 3–1 defeat at Cheltenham Town on 11 January.
Jules joined Braintree Town as a month-long loan on 2/12/2016. He was a part of three National League matches while at Cressing Road and also played in two cup matches. He reported back to Reading that he had been closely working with Jaap Stam (Royals) and was told to be more aggressive. Jules joined Motherwell, a Scottish Premiership club, on loan from 27 January 2017. He was there until the end the 2016-17 season. After a tough start at Fir Park, Jules conceded a penalty to Celtic in their 2-0 loss and also scored an own goal against Dundee in the 5-1 home defeat that followed Mark McGhee’s departure. Stephen Robinson was his first game as manager. He scored the winning goal against Kilmarnock in March’s 2-1 win. On 6 May, however, a Jules error gifted Ross County a win at Fir Park, which sent the “Steelmen”, into the relegation playoff zone. There were three matches remaining.
