Frazer signed a national declaration of intent to be a quarterback for the Fighting Irish. It was dated February 1, 2006. After spending his freshman year in redshirt, Frazer was informed that he would not be able to compete for the position of starting quarterback after spring practice 2007. He announced his intention to transfer to Connecticut on July 1, 2007.
After the 2012 NFL Scouting Combine, Frazer signed with Triangle Razorbacks in Denmark. After winning the Mermaid Bowl, the Danish champions, Triangle Razorbacks, became Danish Champions in October 2012. Frazer was the starter quarterback throughout the entire season.
