Winston Frederick Justice (born September 14th 1984) is an American football offensive tackle currently an unsigned free agent. He was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the second round (39th overall selection) during the 2006 NFL Draft. He played in the NCAA football tournament at USC.

After at right defensive tackle Shawn Andrews was placed on injured reserve because of an injury to his back on September 15th in 2009. Justice was named the permanent player at the position. Justice played in all 16 games of 2009.

Justice was placed on the active/physically unable to perform list on July 28, 2011, due to a knee injury. He was activated on September 3.
