He is the co-founder and director-executive of Brave Enough To Fail Inc. A student-oriented motivational program. His role included morning news anchor in WSTC as well as WNLK within Norwalk as well as Stamford, Connecticut, and the afternoon drive anchor of WICC 600AM. He is from Bridgeport within Fairfield County, Connecticut.
In 1989, Winsley was DJ for the WRKI I95-FM station in Danbury after having submitted a demo tape the station. He moved from rock and roll on weekends and then working a full-time job writing commercials and writing.
