Todd Hillier (born March 31 1964) more popularly known by his air nickname Fez Marie Whatley is an American comedian and former radio producer and celebrity who became famous as co-host of The Ron and Fez Show together with Ron Bennington between 1998 until 2015.

Whatley as well as Bennington continued to broadcast on WNEW till the close of the 2002 and also simultaneously broadcast to several other FM markets, such as WJFK-FM, which is located in Washington, DC. After being cut off by New York City, as along with the other markets They continued to broadcast on WJFK FM, and relocated to DC.

The Ron and Fez Show moved to XM Satellite Radio on September 12, 2005 after leaving WJFK 106.7 FM in Washington D.C.

Whatley suffered a mild heart attack on November 9, 2005 which he did not recognize. He went on to host The Ron and Fez Show the next day before consulting a doctor where he was informed he had suffered a heart attack and was also diagnosed with diabetes. An angioplasty was performed and Whatley returned to the show on November 28, 2005.

In the year 1990, Whatley was an on-air host at WYNF located in Tampa Bay, Florida and producer and contributor to the syndicated show on mornining, The Ron and Ron Show. In the course of this, he created his Fez Whatley moniker that was a reporter from The Orlando Sentinel described as “an effeminate, lisping character”. When the show ended because of low ratings following Ron Diaz’s departure, Ron Diaz, Whatley then joined forces along with Ron Bennington as co-host and created Ron and Fez. Ron and Fez Show on WKRO FM, a small Daytona Beach, Florida rock station. After a brief time there, they changed the name of the show to Ron and Fez Dot Com and premiered on late- nights on New York City radio station WNEW FM on April 17 in 2000.
