Wang Ching-feng is one of the most popular and richest Human Rights Activist who was born on January 1, 1952 in Tainan, Taiwan. Wang Tsing-fong (Chinese: Wang Qing Feng (pinyin: Wang Qingfeng ; Peh-oe-ji: Ong Chheng-hong ; born 1 January 1952 in Tainan City) is a Taiwanese politician and lawyer.

In 2004 being an unindependent, Wang served as a member of the scandalous 3-19 Shooting Investigative Committee , which was a committee created by the pan- blue coalition following it was defeated in the 2004 ROC presidential election. In 2005, Wang was elected to the National Assembly of the Republic of China following she was elected by the Democratic Action Alliance [zh] headed by Chang Ya-chung, her party of recommendation, won 1.68 percent of votes during the Republic of China National Assembly election, and thus gained five seats. Wang quit her seat right away when she took her post.

In the month of October, 1995 Wang left her Control Yuan post and accepted the offer from Chen Li-an to join his team in the 1996 ROC Presidential Campaign for the ROC Presidential election. They came in last of the four candidates, securing 9.98 percent of the votes.

Her speech aroused public protests led by relatives of murder victims, such as the entertainer Pai Bing-bing (whose daughter was kidnapped and murdered in 1997). There were calls for her to step down. Wang quit her ministerial position the next day.
