Maltsev has confirmed in his blog video that Russia is in danger of Chinese economic and demographic intervention and Vladimir Putin could have signed secret agreements with the Chinese government that limit Russian sovereignty over its territory within Siberia along with in the Far East. Maltsev is extremely concerned about the increasing tensions that exist between Russia as well as NATO and claims the fact that Vladimir Putin has been provoking NATO intentionally. The blogger believes that Vladimir Putin has become a significant threat to peace around the world, and in Europe especially.
