Vergel Meneses (born on 14 January 1969 in Malolos, Bulacan) is an Filipino politician currently serving as mayor of the municipal in Bulakan, Bulacan. Also, he is a former professional player of basketball who played within the Philippine Basketball Association and the present director of basketball for the JRU Heavy Bombers of the NCAA Philippines. He was also a former PBA Most Valuable Player and numerous times a part of the Philippine National team.
