Caleb Francis, born 8 February 1968, is a retired Norwegian football midfielder. Born in Mauritius and spent the majority of his career at Kongsvinger and Bryne, he was also a Ull/Kisa player. He retired as an active football player and has since worked as a coach and commentator. Later, he was a teacher at Ra Secondary School.

He began his coaching career. For two years, he first taught the junior team at Larvik’s club Halsen IF. He was appointed joint head coach of IL Runar (with Richard Berg), in the lead up to the 2007 season. After leading the club to promotion, he left in late 2008.

He was joined by Claus Eftevaag as a Canal + commentator in 2002. After the season, he left Ullensaker/Kisa and joined Larvik Fotball. He then lived in Stavern. He was also a teacher. He lost his job soon and broke his leg in a Larvik match. His house was set on fire by his family while he was away for New Year’s Eve. He was frustrated and announced that he would be retiring from football. However, he was hired by TV 2 as a commentator one week after he lost his home. He remained with TV 2 for many years.
