Tudorel Stoica (born 7 September 1954 from Braila) is the name of a Romanian former footballer, who was a center midfielder. Stoica is the highest-capped player of the history of Steaua Bucharest.

In 1989, the 35-year-old Stoica relocated overseas for the first time. He played for a time in France with a second-tier side RC Lens, returning to Steaua where he ended his playing career at 37 years old. Stoica, who was a long-time captain of the team, scored the sum of 369 games as well as 43 points (373 of which were scored with FCM Galati) in his nation’s top division, during 15 professional seasons. In the first half of the 1990s there were brief stints as an assistant manager at the club he played for.
