Thomas Richardson Perry (born August 29, 1980) is an American football coach and former player. He is currently the Special teams coordinator at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has also coordinated special teams at Texas A&M University-Commerce, the University of South Alabama, and the University of Nevada, Reno.

Perry played Linebacker at Tyler Junior College in 2000 and 2001 prior to transferring and playing at Texas A&M for two seasons in 2002 and 2003. While at A&M, Perry played linebacker, Defensive end, and Fullback He also played on multiple special teams.
