Tod Howarth (born on September 24 1957) is a famous American rock musician hailing from San Diego, California. He is most well-known for being a guitarist, keyboardist, and vocalist with the hard rock band with a melodic sound Frehley’s Comet which was led by the former Kiss guitar player Ace Frehley. The group recorded three albums and made four music videos, but the band disbanded and Frehley returning to his solo projects.
The latest album by him, Opposite Gods was released on his own in April of 2010. Then, in June of 2012, the band dropped an online video available on YouTube of his hit song *”Cold Beach” recorded on the California desert. The video was edited and shot mostly with the help of Vancouver director Brian Sword.
Howarth was a part of Cheap Trick again in 2008 during the 30th anniversary of 2008’s Budokan show He was seen on stage , playing the keyboard, and singing backing vocals. He was originally set to take part in The tour in 2008, Journey / Heart / Cheap Trick tour, however budgetary constraints forced him to not be able to take part.

The career of Howarth’s musician began in the mid-80s when he was part of seven07, the band he was part of. He also played with Cheap Trick along with Ted Nugent and released four solo albums, including the first one in 1995. He also performed the background vocals for Nugent’s Penetrator album from 1984, as well as Loudness the album Hurricane Eyes in 1987.
On the 14th of December in 2008, he debuted an acoustic rendition of the Frehley’s Comet classic “Time Ain’t Runnin’ Out” exclusively on his MySpace page.
In June, 2016, Howarth, along with ex-Frehley’s Comet bassist, John Regan, ex- Skid Row drummer, Rob Affuso, and guitarist Pat Gasperini, released an album under the band name Four By Fate. Entitled Relentless, the album was released by The End Records.
