Tobias Holmen Johansen (born 29 August 1990) is an Norwegian professional footballer, who plays the role of goalkeeper for the Norwegian team Kongsvinger. The club was founded by Manchester City in 2010, when he was playing alongside their younger brother Eirik. Johansen has played for Norway in youth international competitions.

Johansen did not play for Manchester City’s first team however, he was a regular player in the reserve team. He was often considered City’s third- choice goalie and was part of the squad to play in six of the matches. In the course of being loaned out for the season to Kongsvinger, Manchester City announced on June 7, 2010 that they had let go of Martin Petrov, Sylvinho, Benjani, Jack Redshaw Karl Moore and Johansen from their contracts. Johansen said later in the same month, in an interview with local newspaper, Tonsbergs Blad, that he was promised a new contract however, after Mark Hughes departed the club however, that didn’t happen.

Johansen was loaned to Kongsvinger in spring 2010 as a substitute for Kongsvinger’s second-choice goalie Olav Dalen, who was injured. Johansen declared that he was eager to working with experienced goalkeeper Thomas Myhre. Johansen was a part of Kongsvinger’s first round game of the 2010 Norwegian Football Cup and made his debut in Tippeligaen against Start on May 16, 2010. The loan agreement was originally set to last until June 30, but after his release from City He signed a 3-year professional agreement with Kongsvinger on June 12, 2010 with the director of Sport, Morten Kristiansen, saying that young, talented goalkeepers are scarce in Norway and Johansen can be our goalie of the future. He was the third-choice goalie, but when Dalen injured his lung, Myhre was hurt, Johansen played the last two games of the season.
