On the 29th of June in 2016, Parker scored in his second consecutive Canadian Championship Final. Vancouver was unable to win the game in extra time in the final to Toronto FC. The goal was his debut MLS goal on the 20th of May 2017, in a 2-0 win over Sporting Kansas City and was later added as the MLS Team of the Week.

On March 2, 2018, Parker was traded to New York Red Bulls in exchange for Felipe, $500,000 in targeted allocation money (TAM) and a 2018 international roster slot. On March 6, 2018 he made his Red Bulls debut, appearing as a starter in a 2–0 victory in Mexico over Club Tijuana in the CONCACAF Champions League. On September 30, 2018, Parker scored his first goal for New York in a 2–0 victory over Atlanta United.

Parker got the number 13 spot at the MLS SuperDraft by Vancouver Whitecaps FC. On March 30 Parker made his debut as a professional for USL Affiliate team Whitecaps FC 2 in a victory 4-0 against Cascadia opponents Seattle Sounders FC 2. On August 5 he scored in the first game of his CONCACAF Champions League debut against the Seattle Sounders FC. Parker scored during the second game of 2015’s Canadian Championship Final against the Montreal Impact, helping Vancouver to win their first title with a score of 4-2.
