In 2008, he dropped his first single to make it into his first chart in the Dutch top 10 Zonder jou. The single was followed by Ieder moment , which reached number 4 on the Dutch Single Top 100 chart and Kon Ik and even by je Zijn which was Berge his first top-ten song on the charts in The Netherlands.
