On the 4th of August, Phillips signed with the Perth Lynx for the 2016-17 WNBL season. On the 7th of October she made her debut with the Lynx in their opening game of the season with 24 points from the bench in a win of 93-90 against their opponents, the Sydney Uni Flames. On the 3rd of November, she was dismissed for up to 4 weeks due to an injury to her lower leg.
In the 2015-16 season, Phillips had her best WNBL season ever, with an average of 3.5 points as well as 1.6 rebound per game over 18 games.
