Takayasu Fukuda (Fu Tian Gui Tai , Fukuda Takayasu) (born June 27, 1982) is a Japanese professional wrestler. He currently competes as an independent wrestler in the Japanese independent circuit as well as being regular wrestler member of Secret Base.

From 2007 to 2007 Fukuda wrestled during the 2007 season in All Japan Pro Wrestling under an orange full body suit as Mastadon Ahiii’s foe.

When he was working for Michinoku Pro in 2006, Michinoku Mango was asked in the inaugural El Dorado Wrestling show. After being full-time in El Dorado upon his second appearance on the show Mango changed his name for the ring in to Bear Fukuda and adopted a street fighter game. He was the man to choose when a huge name outside wrestler made his debut at El Dorado, wrestling Shinjiro Otani and Akira taue as well as other wrestlers. In 2007 Fukuda was signed to Toru Owashi as well as his team, Animal Planets. Fukuda also appeared on Dramatic Dream Team as an El Dorado representative.
