Suzanne Lappin (born 13 October 1986) is an ex- Scottish international soccer midfielder who played last with Glasgow City in the Scottish Women’s Premier League (SWPL) prior to her retirement in. She started her professional career playing for Glasgow City in 2003 before playing two seasons in the English FA WSL with Liverpool Ladies in 2011 and Chelsea Ladies in 2012; her time at Liverpool also included a loan period at Celtic. Lappin was signed by Glasgow City in 2012.

The Scottish Football Association, Lappin made her first senior Scotland debut in the 90th minute as a replacement in place of Joanne Love in a 3-2 friendly victory over Belgium in McDiarmid Park in August 2007. Her next appearance came until February 2011 in the 4-2 victory in Wales. In April 2011, Lappin was the first player to score on international level, in the 6-2 loss to Holland on the pitch in Volendam.

Lappin made her return to Lappin’s FA WSL in the FA WSL with Chelsea Ladies in January 2012. She scored her first goal for Chelsea, the London club in the 3-1 FA Women’s Cup win over Brighton. In Chelsea’s semi-final win against Arsenal, Lappin was an uninvolved substitute. She was cut out from the squad completely for Chelsea’s controversial loss against Birmingham City in the 2012 FA Women’s Cup Final.
