Sutee Suksomkit (Thai: suthii sukhsmkicch born on June 5 1978) is a Thai retired professional footballer. Sutee also known as “Bird” is one of the most well-known Thai footballers in the last decade due to his skillful method of playing. The attacker was in the game for eight seasons between 2001 to 2009 abroad for various club that were based in Singapore as well as Australia. He also has been playing for Thailand internationally as a prominent player since the year 2000, winning 70 caps in the past.

Sutee played his first professional football in 1995-1996 at an Asian powerful club, Thai Farmers Bank F.C. The club was recently crowned champions of the AFC Champions League (Asian Club Championship) two times consecutively between the years 1993-95. The striker, who was just a teenager, made his first appearance in the senior ranks for the club in the year 1996. He stayed with the club for five years, until 2001.

The talented forward signed with the Singapore S-League club, Tanjong Pagar. Later, he was able to play at various positions of attack such as left third striker, winger and attacking midfielder. Sutee was a part of the Singaporean team before moving to the other S-League clubcalled Home United, in 2003.

In 2004, a K-League side Busan I’Park expressed their interest in signing Sutee but eventually stepped off. However, regardless of his missing opportunity to join the Korean side, he was given an opportunity to take on a trial with an English Premier League club, Everton, as a part of a sponsorship deal between the Merseyside club and a Thai beer maker, Chang. The English club did not sign him afterward.
