I had a chance meeting with Cartoonist Sudhir Tailang on 20th May, 2004 at Nehru Centre, London where his exhibition of cartoons was being held. I had reached there early and offered to help him in giving final touches to the display. Later, on my request, he drew for me this very special cartoon of Shri Atal Behari Vajpayee on the Pamphlet being distributed. Would like to share the Pamphlet and the Cartoon for everyone to know how Shri Sudhir Tailang viewed the Subjects of his cartoons.
