Steven Irving Mahre (born May 10 1957 ) in Yakima, Washington) is an ex- World Cup alpine ski racer and the younger sibling (by 4 minutes) to ski racing legend Phil Mahre.
After nine years the Mahre twins resigned out of their participation in the World Cup circuit following the 1984 season. Steve ended his career with nine World Cup victories and 21 podiums.
The book No Hill Too Fast, written by the Mahre brothers, was published in 1985.
