Since 2001, he’s been the co-owner and head chef of Nobis AB, the mother company of Operakallaren. Under his leadership from 1998 until 2010 the eatery was awarded just one star from the Michelin Guide. The restaurant lost its Michelin star in 2010, but it regained it in 2014, following food reviewers of Visita as well as White Guide, sampled the restaurant.
