In July of 2010 she was replaced by Laurent Delahousse at the 13 hours on a weekend. In April 2010 and August 2011, she was replaced by David Pujadas at the Journal de 20 heures during the week. From March 2015 until August 2016 she was the replacement presenter of the 13 hours in France 2. Between 2015 and the year 2019 she wasn’t part of the presenters who were replaced by the channel, and was instead focused exclusively on the presentation of Telematin. She did however, present the 13 hours on a weekend in April 2019, replacing Leila Kaddour, aswell with the 20 hour on the weekend of July 2019 taking over from Laurent Delahousse.

Sophie Le Saint was born in Parthenay in the department of Deux-Sevres. She graduated from the Institute of Journalism of Bordeaux and began her professional career with France Bleu Provence as a volunteer, where she hosts the evening programs. She followed this by an internship with M6 beginning in the year 1989. She was then employed by the redaction section of The daily paper Le Figaro from 1991 to 1994, as well as from 1994 to TF1 as stringer.
In November 1998 the presenter joined France 2 to present the Telematin. From February of 2008 on, she’s one of the presenters replacing her on The Journal de 13 heures on the same channel. In the summer of 2008, she presented alternately alongside Laurence Piquet the midday edition. Following the election of Francoise Laborde in the Conseil superieur de la musique beginning in the month of January, 2009 she was the permanent replacement for Elise Lucet at the 13 hours.
