in 2006 Le Marchand was selected to be part of the Super Fours, a tournament that sees the England selectors divide the top 48 players in four teams for only the second time. However, despite her role, Le Marchand batted low in the order, scoring the tenth spot in the semi-finals, as well as at number 8 in the third-place playoff. Le Marchand began her county cricket career with the Worcestershire Women’s Cricket team and was a part of the team’s Under-15s success which took home at the women’s under-15s county championship in 2002.
