She is a Norwegian football player who played for more than fifteen years with Roa the Norwegian Toppserien league. She was also a part of her country’s Norway women’s national team.

Nordby began the career she was in at Hosle IL, but quickly transferred to the nearby town of Roa as she was required to be part of an all girls team. Nordby has been a part of Roa throughout her entire career with the exception of the brief time she was at the United States at the University of South Florida and has made 250 appearances for Roa’s team. The set piece specialist for Roa is (free kicks corners, penalty kicks and corner kicks) and also the vice- captain. She also in the year 2008 she was captain of Roa in winning “the Double” of Norway’s league and Cup championships. She has signed a life-long agreement with Roa to show her dedication to the club.
