Shannon Woeller is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on January 31, 1990 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Shannon Elizabeth Woeller (born January 31 1990) is a Canadian soccer player who plays in the club Eskilstuna United in the Damallsvenskan.

Following the fact that FF USV Jena was relegated from the Frauen-Bundesliga due to their poor in the 2017-2018 campaign, Woeller announced she was joining Eskilstuna United in the Damallsvenskan in Sweden.

On May 25, 2019 she was named to the roster for the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

After her call-up at the end of March in 2012 Woeller was not able to receive a second invitation to join for the Canadian seniors for nearly five years. She was selected for an international friendly on April 9, 2017, with the German National team at Erfurt, Germany. She was also selected to Canada’s team for 2018’s Algarve Cup.

Woeller was just 15 years old when she was drafted by the coach Lewis Page and made her debut for the Canadian Youth Program in 2005. She was a part of the team which took home in the 2008 CONCACAF Women’s U-20 Championship in Mexico. The following time, Woeller made it into the team of 21 players who took on Canada in the 2007 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup. On the 7th of March, 2009 she made her debut for the Canadian seniors in the game against Netherlands in the 2009 Cyprus Cup. In 2010 Woeller made up the team which played in the 2010. In 2011 she was selected under the coach John Herdman in the 18-players team that represented Canada in the 2011 Pan American Games in Mexico. The team completed their participation in the event by winning the gold medal during a contest against Brazil. For 2012, Woeller participated in the 20-player team that participated in the CONCACAF Women’s Olympic Qualifying Tournament. The tournament was played in her hometown and Canada was selected to participate in the women’s team in the Olympic Games. However, she wasn’t among the final 18 athletes who were representing Canada at London.

Woeller played soccer in high school with Prince of Wales Secondary School in her hometown of Philadelphia. Shethen attended Rutgers University where she played from 2009 until 2013.

While still at school and college, Woeller played for Vancouver Whitecaps FC and Seattle Sounders in the W-League In the spring of 2014, she left North America and signed with Norwegian Toppserien club IK Grand Bodø. In 2015, she went to play at Stjarnan, at Iceland top tier league. On January 26, 2017, Woeller signed up with FF USV Jena, where she replaced countrywoman Rachel Melhado, after more than a year without a club.
