Shahid Qambrani is one of the most popular and richest Pakistani cricketer who was born on February 2, 1978 in Kotri, Pakistan. Shahid Ali Qambrani (born 2 February 1978, Kotri, Sindh) is a former Pakistani cricketer who played first-class cricket with numerous teams in Pakistan from 1998-99 until 2011-12.
Qambrani experienced his best season in 2006-07, when he scored 686 run at the rate of 32.66 He played with Pakistan Customs, Hyderabad and Sindh. The highest score is 150 without a hit which he scored in the match for Hyderabad to beat Islamabad during 2009-2010. It was the highest of his eight first- class centuries.
In 2001-02, he led Dadu to second position in the sub-first-class grade II category of Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. He was the most efficient player in the competition. When Dadu was elevated to first-class status during the 2002-03 season the captain’s chair and played the best in the team’s batting. He scored 257 runs and 25.70 However, Dadu did not win any matches and they lost their first-class status at the end of the season ended. They did win one game in the one-day competition, where Qambrani made 112 runs not out during a 10 run win against Lahore Blues and shared the Man of the Match award.

Qambrani was a player in several match for Pakistan Under-19 team between 1997 and 1996. He was the first to open his batting with the under-19 teams from West Indies, England and South Africa.
He made his debut in the first class in 1998-99 with Hyderabad during the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. In his sixth match just a few weeks after becoming 21, he was captain of his team in the very first match. He made his century debut and guided Hyderabad towards their very first win of the season , by just one wicket.
