Sebino Plaku is one of the most popular and richest Association Football Player who was born on May 20, 1985 in Tirana, Albania. Sebino Plaku (born 20 May 1985) is an Albanian professional footballer who is a striker in the Football Superleague of Kosovo club KF Llapi.
Plaku was signed by Dinamo Tirana in the 2007-08 season, where he experienced immediate results in front of goal. He scored 8 goals in 16 games. He scored a penalty in the first match of the campaign against one of his former clubs that was Beselidhja Lezhe. He scored another penalty after two rounds in a 4-0 victory against Kastrioti Kruje and also scoring the winning goal the following week in a game against Teuta Durres. In the last day of the first portion of the season He scored a second time in a 7-0 win over Skenderbeu Korce, scoring two goals in the first 7 minutes of a match in which his prolific striker Pero Pejic grabbed four goals. After a rousing start of the 2007-08 season at Dinamo Tirana, where he scored 9 league goals over sixteen games. He was signed to Norwegian club Ham-Kam in exchange for an unspecified amount in January of 2008.
In January 2010, during the winter transfer window, Plaku completed a move to Tirana for €30,000, taking the vacant number 9 for the second part of 2009–10 season. He made his competitive debut on 25 January coincidentally against his former employers Dinamo Tirana, playing for 76-minute as 8-man Tirana suffered a 1–2 defeat at Qemal Stafa Stadium.
He was released by the Flamurtari chairman Shpëtim Gjika on 19 July 2011, along with three other main players, Daniel Xhafaj, Bledar Devolli and Julian Ahmataj.
He quit Laci after they were relegated to the Albanian Superliga and joined Apolonia Fier in the Albanian First Division ahead of the 2005-06 campaign, in which the striker scored nine league goals that helped Apolonia Fier finish second and earn advancement to Superliga. He also scored two goals at the end of round two of the Albanian Cup against Telepena, increasing his total of goals at the end of the year to 11. He also scored a penalty on the first morning of his first day back in the Superliga in the match against former team Partizani however, his team lost the match by a score of 3-2. In total, he scored 15 goals in the league over 26 games, which made him the third most prolific goal scorer in the Superliga after Vioresin Sinani as well as Daniel Xhafaj. However, he did not assist his team to keep from finishing last after he was relegated at the same time twice during his playing career.

Plaku was an Albania youth international, representing the under-19 and under-17 teams. Plaku made his debut for Albania’s under-17 squad on the 24th of September, 2001 in the 5-2 loss away to Croatia.
Plaku began his journey with his first team at the Partizani Tirana academy as a teenager, and was later transferred to the first team prior to the 2003-04 season, in which he played the required six Albanian Superliga appearances in the beginning in the campaign. He scored his debut senior goal on October 11 during the Albanian Cup game against Fushe Mbreti, which ended 6-0 to Partizani. He scored a second goal in the second stage of the Albanian Cup in a 6-1 victory against Kastrioti Kruje. In January of 2004, Plaku was loaned at Beselidhja Lezhe in the Albanian First Division for the rest of the season to gain first team experience. He scored two goals during the First Division as he helped Beselidhja Lezhe to a comfortable mid-table finishing. He was then transferred in Partizani Tirana at the end of the season, but he was unable to get into the first squad, making only four appearances in beginning of the 2004-05 season . He then joining Superliga struggling team Laci in January. Here, Plaku struggled as well, and was ultimately sacked after finishing in last position.
He returned at Dinamo in the summer of 2008 where he the Albanian Supercup over Vllaznia Shkodër, his first career silverware. In the 2008–09 season, Plaku enjoyed his best season, netting 20 goals across all competitions, including 18 in league, setting a new personal best.

On 16 October, Plaku had another unlucky match as he hit the crossbar twice in an eventual 2–0 away defeat to Kukësi. In the matchday 15, Plaku scored against Tirana, rescuing his side a point. On 22 December, in the final match of 2016, Plaku scored the lone goal as Korabi defeated Flamurtari Vlorë at home to end the year with a consolation win. The team finished the first part of the season in the last position with 11 points from 18 games, far from the club’s initial goals, which led Plaku to terminate its cooperation with club. In total, Plaku scored four goals in 16 league appearances for the team.
