In October of 2016, Brown was announced as goalkeeper coach for the academy in AFC Wimbledon. Brown joined Sutton United as player-goalkeeping coach in 2017.

Brown was signed by AFC Wimbledon in 2009. On the 21st May of 2011, he made 2 penalties on behalf of the team during the league’s 2010-11 Conference play- off penalty shoot-out in which they defeated Luton Town to gain promotion to the Football League. Brown was named the goalkeeper of the 2011-11 Conference Team of the Year. On the 19th of February, 2013 it was revealed that Brown was joining Conference club Woking on a one-month loan contract. After his departure, Brown signed for ambitious Conference South club Bromley. After the club’s signing of Alan Julian in January 2015 However, Brown joined Whitehawk on the loan for a month. After only making an appearance with Whitehawk, Hawks, Brown returned to Bromley and then joined Hampton & Richmond Borough on loan.

Brown was a player twice in two matches for England C, during matches with Wales in 2010 as well as Belgium in 2011.
